  • Served as acting Design Director for over 3 years - leading Giro’s footwear, softgoods, and accessories categories from research and line planning through concept, design, development, and commercialization.

  • Led Giro’s footwear category to back-to-back years of record sales & profits in 2020 and 2021, growing the category 300% to $15M in net sales - all while simultaneously reducing SKU count by over 20%.

  • Launched over 60 new models in 6 years, resulting in a 100% overhaul of the footwear line between 2016 and 2022.

  • Championed and led innovation initiatives in the flat pedal shoe category, resulting in the creation of Giro's patented Mute Foam system and nearly 400% annual category revenue growth - cementing it as a core piece of Giro's revenue stream when just the year prior the category was under consideration for elimination.

  • Directed, managed, and led a multidisciplinary team of interns, junior designers, developers, vendors, and independent contractors - both domestically and overseas.

  • Collaborated with product management, engineering, and operations teams to create strategies & proposals for out-of-cycle product & line expansions.

  • Led systemic sustainability initiatives for Giro's footwear & snow helmet categories.

  • Connected with underserved consumers via a grassroots Kickstarter launch, raising over $60k in 30 days with another $10k in additional pre-orders shortly thereafter.

  • Produced & fulfilled all pre-orders within 9 months post-funding.

  • Transformed the business to an operational direct-to-consumer, e-commerce brand after fulfilling all pre-orders in fewer than 3 months.
